Portable power

I have recently purchased this USB power bank. It did arrive partially charged. In the box there is a short 300mm USB charging cable (normal USB-A on one end and USB-B mini at the other) shame it wasn't usb-c like my phone, this just means carrying two cables, annoying but not the end of the world. There aren't any instructions in or on the box to help with the functions. The online instructions described how to switch on the two edge LED lights by doing a long press of the on button, however this doesn't work, to switch them on you have to do a quick double click ,likewise to switch off, a single press only illuminates the blue charge status LED's, took me a while to figure this out. It seems there was an earlier version of this power bank with one LED on the rear, and the online information may be for that type. There is a solar panel on one side for emergency charging and to keep battery topped up, it states a it will take 60 hours to charge by solar panel alone. There is a small compass inserted in the rear panel where an earlier version had the LED light. The unit has rubber pads all the way around and it is encapsulated in a rigid plastic casing. A small ring and carabiner are provided on one corner. 4 star because of the instructions (lack of) and having a USB-B not USB-C ,but nice unit and value for money,,,for information this is made in China
